Walk-in Care

At Windermere Medical Center, we specialize in the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for patients of all ages with our Walk-in Care facility. Before your walk-in visit, please follow these steps:

  2. Bring Completed Forms With You During the Walk-in

Immigration Physicals

Windermere Medical Center offers immigration physicals, which include completion of the USCIS Form I-693 and all associated tests.

Follow the steps below to schedule an immigration physical:
